An Amber Alert has been issued for a two-year-old girl missing from Milwaukee.
“Dariaz L Higgins did not return [two-year-old] Noelani J. Robinson to her mother,” according to the Amber Alert.
Higgins was last seen driving a black SUV, according to the Amber Alert.
Higgins is considered armed and dangerous.
Higgins has ties to Florida and possibly Las Vegas, Nevada, according to the Amber Alert.
