5 people sent to hospital from two vehicle crash in Sheboygan County

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY (NBC 26) -- Sheboygan County Emergency Communications Center responded to a two vehicle crash which sent five people to the hospital in varying conditions Friday evening.

A report from the Emergency Communications Center says the crash happened on STHY 57 at the intersection of County Road FF in the Town of Rhine.

According to the report the driver of one vehicle was Ryan Szyjakowski, 32-years-old, of Kiel who was sent to the hospital for serious life-threatening injuries.

The report says the second driver Michael Roland, 30-years-old, along with passengers Jennie Hart, 29-years-old, and two children, ages 1 year and 6 years, were all driven to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

This crash is still under investigation.
