Wisconsinites are on edge after multiple cougar sightings in Washington and Fond du Lac counties, Brookfield, Menomonee Falls and more. Recently the Eagle Police Department responded to this trend with a post of a trail cam video on Facebook.
The three-second long video shows a cat-like animal walking past a shrub in someone's backyard.
The Eagle Police Department commented on the post saying, "Our friends at the DNR tell us it's a cat, but since it was so huge we thought we'd put this out there."
The DNR has confirmed that the animal in the video is a house cat.
