Dairy Wellbeing Workshop showcases farm technology

Green Bay welcomed dozens of dairy farmers, herd managers and industry professionals for a workshop which featured a behind the scenes tour.

The two one-day sessions took place on the KI Convention Center in Green Bay.

The Professional Dairy Producers Wellbeing workshop gave updates on the latest developments in animal welfare debates and practices.

Some leading animal care experts, Dr. Nigel Cook, Chair of the Department of Medical Sciences and a professor in Food Animal Production Medicine at UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine, and Dr. Franklyn Garry, DVM, Professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences at Colorado State University.
