In response to an increased number of positive COVID-19 cases in the Omro community, ThedaCare offered free mobile testing Thursday in the Omro High School parking lot. ThedaCare has the resources to provide 300-400 tests.
"Haven't checked with them how many they've had, but it's been pretty steady from when I've been down here today. With the cars going through, to the staff using it, even some students have gone through,” said Jay Jones, the Superintendent for School District of Omro
ThedaCare is encouraging everyone to follow best public health practices including wearing a mask, staying home, maintaining physical distance, washing hands frequently and getting vaccinated when you are eligible.
