WISCONSIN (NBC 26) - Saturday, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported 350 new cases, bringing the state's total to more than 9,990.
The death total is now just under 400.
To reopen the state under the Badger Bounce Back plan, the percentage of people testing positive for the virus must trend downward for 14 straight days. According to health officials, 7 percent of people are testing positive for the virus. That's one percent down from Friday.
