GREEN BAY, Wis. — Police have identified a homicide victim as 18-year-old Federico Abarca.
Police say Abarca was found shot around 11pm last Friday. Green Bay Police officers responded to 2324 Preble Ave and found Abarca in the parking lot of the apartment building.
Green Bay firefighters took Abarca to St Vincent’s Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Four persons of interest were taken into custody later on Saturday February 23, 2019 and interviewed by investigators. The suspects will appear in court Monday afternoon at 2:30 pm.
