Stacy Engebretson is an Emmy award-winning journalist who anchors NBC26 Live at 6. She joined the NBC26 team in 2000.

It was evident that Stacy was going to make her mark on the Green Bay/Fox Cities market. Coming to NBC26 after working in Wausau, she quickly made a name for herself with her on-air presence.

Born in Bloomington, Minnesota, Stacy graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Mass Communications.

"I feel I bring a positive, hard working attitude to NBC26," Stacy said. "I strive to bring our viewers the most accurate and compelling stories. News is about you and me, the events and issues in our communities."

Living in Northeast Wisconsin, she has a whole new appreciation for being a "Packer Backer."

"Where else can you consider beer, brats and cheese a healthy diet?" she said. "I love this place!"

Stacy has also worked as an anchor/reporter for WAOW-TV in Wausau and KSAX-TV in Alexandria, MN.
