The Boldt Company is building a multipurpose high tech facility at the new Foxconn site.

"Basically, it's a warehouse. So this is a very, very small piece of of a multi-billion dollar project," said Tom Boldt, CEO of The Boldt Company.

The company said it will send several dozen workers to Mount Pleasant who will be managing the work of sub-contractors on projects including doors, roofs, and drywall.

State leaders say the Boldt Company is just one example of local business benefiting from Foxcon..

"From the thousands of jobs it's going to create direct and indirect, the economic impact will be felt statewide. So it's really exciting to be here at Boldt," said Ellen Nowak, Wisconsin Department of Administration Secretary.

They added the building Boldt is constructing will be 120-thousand square-feet, and will house the contractors and other people working on other buildings at the site.

Company officials hope to begin work next month and expect it to be finished by the end of the year.
