Search for suspect in Green Bay shooting

At about 1 a.m. Saturday, Green Bay Police responded to 1215 Dousman Street for a report of a man who had been shot. Officers responded and located a 27-year-old Green Bay man. Officers rendered lifesaving aid until the victim could be transported to a local hospital. The victim injuries are believed to be life threatening. 

The suspect in the shooting is Chauncey M. Hughes, 27. Hughes is to be considered armed and dangerous. Investigators believe that Hughes is possibly in the Fox Valley area. Police ask anyone who has information pertaining to the whereabouts of Hughes to not approach him and contact local law enforcement.
