BROWN COUNTY, Wis-- A man with a history of sexually abusing horses has been arrested again in Brown County.
According to Brown County records, the 53-year-old man is facing charges of Burglary, Mistreatment of Animals/Cause Death | Conservation-Animals, and Sexual Gratification with an Animal.
