KING, WI -- After receiving some of its highest ratings yet, the King Veterans Home has been slapped with a citation.
Reports say federal leaders were forced to downgrade the facility's rankings after the death of a resident.
Inspection reports show nurses didn't try to resuscitate the 94-year-old man after they found him without a pulse and not breathing.
