Green Bay Police have confirmed to NBC26 they are investigating an act of arson at the Ten O' One Club in Green Bay.

Police say Jesus Castilloveitia-Quinton, 18 is charged with five different  charges including arson, child abuse, bail jumping and resisting an officer.

Castillonvietia-Quinton has been referred to the District Attorneys office on several charges.

Capt. Kevin Warych with the Green Bay Police department said, " This incident affects the whole community. The [Ten O' One Club] is a building that's been in Green Bay for several years. It's an icon downtown. Now the owner is left to pick up the pieces."

We learned earlier this week that one person is being treated for smoke inhalation.

Fire crews were called to the Ten O One Club on Main Street just before 9 p.m. Sunday.

The club was not open when the fire started and the second floor apartments were vacant at the time.

The fire started in a rear apartment and extended to the rear storage area.

"This building itself has three buildings added to it, so trying to find the correct stairwell and void spaces made it difficult," said Mike Vanden Avond, the battalion Chief with the Green Bay Metro Fire Department.

Damage estimates are coming in at $100,000.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
