Appleton police report the arrest of a suspect accused of being responsible for a drive-by shooting on the city's south side.
The incident happened on July 12, 2016 just after 9:00 PM near Memorial Drive and Aykens Street. Investigators say an argument escalated to one person firing several shots into a vehicle.
The arrest was made at a home in Milwaukee. The suspect is being held in Milwaukee and will be returned to Winnebago County to face charges of Attempted Homicide, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
NBC26 is not revealing the suspect's name until he appears in court.
