Hundreds gathered in downtown Green Bay for "March for Civility". It was organized by Coalition of Peace and Social Justice Green bay along with United We Stand - Brown county.
The purpose of the march is for people of different backgrounds to come together in support of love, unity and peace.
"I think that's the best way to break stereotypes, because when you see someone and you don't know them, you go based on whatever you've experienced in the past or what you've read or seen on TV and the clouds your vision," said Loren Prince, Coalition of Peace and Social Justice
Organizers are planning more events that focus on diversity.
