A father faces misdemeanor charges of operating a firearm while intoxicated and disorderly conduct after pointing a gun at his son during an argument early Sunday morning in Menasha.
Jeffrey Will, 56, of Menasha, has been released on a $500 signature bond. He must maintain sobriety, have no violent contact with his son or possess a dangerous weapon.
A pretrial conference has been scheduled for March 29th.
Officers responded to the 900 block of Grove Street at 1:35 am on Sunday, where they learned that during an argument over living arrangements, Will pointed a gun at his 33-year-old son, the Menasha Police Department said.
Will did not pull the trigger, and no one was injured.
Investigators say alcohol was a contributing factor to the incident.
