A decade after investigators say he slipped an abortion pill into his girlfriend's drink without her knowing, Manish Patel was back in Outagamie County court Tuesday.

He is being held on two felony warrants, including a charge of First Degree Intentional Homicide of an Unborn Child.

Tuesday, a judge set bail at $20 million for the first felony count and $30 million for the second. Patel must maintain sobriety, cannot use or possess prescription drugs, cannot leave the state of Wisconsin and must report to a day report center Monday through Friday.

Patel disappeared in 2007 after posting a $750,000 cash bond.

He was captured by Border Patrol agents along the New York-Canadian border in January.

He will be back in court on June 1.
