Emily Beier is an Emmy-nominated journalist who joined NBC26 in the summer of 2015 and now reports for NBC26 Today.
The Berlin, Wisconsin native has worked in Northeast Wisconsin in broadcast news for the past seven years.
Since Emily was little, she always loved watching storms roll through and dreamed of one day being a traffic reporter in Chicago.
After attending UW-Green Bay and living in the city for the past nine years, she fell in love with the area and sees Green Bay as home.
Emily considers it an honor to be able to tell the stories of folks in the area she grew up in and loves.
Emily is one of six kids. She and her husband live in the Green Bay area, and Emily is a proud dog and cat mom!
Favorite Sports Team: My first love was volleyball, but I love football games!
Favorite Movie: Anything with Anthony Hopkins, Bruce Willis, or Ashton Kutcher,
Favorite Vacation Spot: My husband and I LOVE Las Vegas and Vail, Colorado.
Something most people don't know about me: I love to garden and plant, work with animals, perform in flash mobs and listen to Celine Dion on repeat.
Best part of my job: Meeting new people every day and learning more about their passions.
