OSHKOSH — Oshkosh Police are investigating a shooting on the 400 block of High Avenue.
According to police, a man was shot multiple times with a handgun in the yard of a residence. He was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries, and is the only person known to be injured from the incident.
Police took five people into custody for questioning.
Police arrested three people Saturday afternoon. A 26-year-old man for attempted homicide and four counts of reckless endangerment. A 23-year-old man for felon in possession of a firearm, two counts of obstructing and four warrants. A 27-year-old man was also arrested for two counts of obstructing.
Police believe this is an isolated incident, and the public is not in danger.
