Grand Chute, WI -- Many people are wondering why an Amber Alert wasn't issued for the missing boy in Grand Chute.

According to the Wisconsin Amber Alert website, there are requirements that need to be met to issue an Amber Alert.

  • The child must be 17-years-old or younger.
  • The child must be in danger of serious bodily harm or death.
  • Authorities must have a good description of the child, a suspect or a suspect vehicle to believe an immediate broadcast alert would help locate the child.
