This morning just before 9:00 AM, Green Bay police were notified by the fire department about a suspicious cardboard box a civilian saw that looked out of place.
The box was located near a concrete support for the Tillman Bridge crossing over Adams Street.
Initial investigation efforts included shutting down the surrounding roads including Adams and Washington Streets.
Police learned the box did not contain anything dangerous and the area was determined to be safe. The roads were opened soon after.
