Sheboygan police arrested three people Sunday in connection with a stabbing.

Officers stopped a car at a local hospital and found a 37-year-old in the vehicle had been stabbed and suffered a broken arm. It happened during an incident on the 1400 block of Lincoln Avenue, police said.

During the investigation, a 38-year-old was arrested for reckless endangerment and substantial battery, and a 42-year-old was arrested for substantial battery as well, according to police.

A third suspect was arrested for a fourth offense OWI, police said.

All three are in the Sheboygan County Detention Center and Sheboygan Police have referred charges to the Sheboygan County District Attorney's Office, according to police.

All the people involved knew each other, so Sheboygan Police do not believe there is any danger to the public, they said.
