TOWN OF HOLLAND, Wis—Crews battled a barn fire early Thursday morning.
It happened on Smies Road, west of Highway 32 around 3:00 a.m.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department reports a deputy said he saw multiple buildings on fire and some cattle running from the barn when he first arrived on scene.
The Sheriff’s office also says it is currently unknown what, if anything was actually in the barn.
No injuries were reported.
The Cedar Grove, Oostburg, Town of Sheboygan Falls, Belgium, Random Lake, City of Sheboygan Falls, Town of Wilson, Adell, Silver Creek, and Waldo fire departments were all dispatched.
A special request was also made for the Sheboygan County Highway Department to have a salter come through the area.
