GREEN BAY, Wis. — A man is arrested for exposing himself to children outside of a Green Bay area school.
The call came into police at 5:12 on Monday evening. Officers were called to the parking lot of Franklin Middle School where police say
the suspect was seen walking around with his pants down and his genitals exposed.
An 11-year-old child witnessed the incident. The child's mother called the police.
Sgt. Tom Denney says the department is withholding the suspect's name while the incident is being investigated but says the man was arrested and is facing charges of lewd behavior and exposing himself to a child.
Sgt Denney says other children may have witnessed the incident and are asking anyone with information is asked to call the Green Bay Police Department at (920) 448-3200 reference case #19-214650.
