GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- A man is accused of purposefully coughing on a nurse and then driving off.
According to a Green Bay Police case report filed Tuesday, a man drove up to nurses at HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and asked for a mask.
The report says nurses did not give him one because he wasn't going inside the hospital. Then, according to the report, the man intentionally coughed at a nurse and drove off.
Officers later spoke to the man's girlfriend and told her such actions could be a felony.
The nurse told officers she did not want to press charges.
