Wisconsin State Patrol is now investigating a crash this morning involving two SUV's full of people.
The Bonduel Police Department says the two vehicles were traveling eastbound on Highway 29 near the Bonduel exit with a group of boy scouts. One of the vehicles was also pulling an equipment trailer.
An investigation finds that the lead SUV with the trailer wandered off the roadway and then overcorrected. That's when the driver lost control of the vehicle and trailer and the second SUV struck the first.
Both vehicles went off the road and one overturned. The 2nd SUV partially landed on top of the first.
None of the passengers were ejected but they were taken to local hospitals for treatment. Their conditions are unknown tonight. One person had to be airlifted to St. Vincent's Hospital in Green Bay.
Some of the scouts and leaders were taken to the Bonduel Kwik Trip where parents from the Racine area came to pick them up.
Bondul Police say 12 or 13 adults and scouts were involved in the incident. An investigation into the cause of the crash will continue.
