Four families are without a home after their apartment complex caught fire in Berlin late Tuesday night.
The Green Lake County Sheriff's Department says fire crews were called to 125 Quarry St. around 8 p.m.
The entire apartment building was on fire when personnel arrived.
Four families evacuated safely, no injuries are reported.
The building believed to be a complete loss.
In a statement, Berlin Police Capitan Kevin Block says, "Once we are able to investigate the scene thoroughly with the Fire Marshalls we hope to have more answers on the cause of fire. Berlin is a close knit community and will come together to help these families that suffered this loss.”
Because of the extensive property damage, Berlin Fire, Berlin Police and the State of Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation are investigating.
The Red Cross has also been called to help the displaced families.
