Manitowoc Police say a student received a verbal threat at Lincoln High School. Police say the threat was vague in nature, but indicated the threat would have occurred on Friday.
Police say after investigating, they found and arrested a suspect on a charge of Making Terroristic Threats. Police say the student confessed and acted alone.
