The Oshkosh Police Department says they've James Lussier on Sunday night. He's in custody for several charges, including 1st Degree Homicide and Failure to Appear-Resisting/Obstructing in Vilas County. He was also arrested for an outstanding warrant through the Marathon County Sheriff's Office.
Lussier was wanted in connection to the homicide of Wayne Vallier in Iron County, Wisconsin.
