UNTIL 1045 AM CDT...
At 950 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms extending from 13 miles south of Pound to 9 miles west
of Menasha, or extending from 24 miles northwest of Bay Shore Park to
11 miles west of Appleton, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 to 45 mph mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
The strong thunderstorm will be near...
Pulaski and Black Creek around 955 AM CDT. Appleton, Menasha and
Northern Lake Winnebago around 1000 AM CDT. Little Chute and
Kimberly around 1005 AM CDT. Kaukauna, Darboy, Bellevue Town and
Long Tail Point Light around 1010 AM CDT. Brillion around 1030 AM
CDT.
Other locations impacted by this strong thunderstorm include Chicago
Corners, Murphy Corner, Oneida, Mackville, Anston, Stiles,
Flintville, Abrams, South Chase and Chase.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
