Tyler Job is a Wisconsin native and is excited to continue his journalism career in Titletown. Tyler started at NBC 26 as a Multimedia Journalist in May 2022. Before moving to Green Bay, he worked at WKBT News 8 Now in La Crosse for more than two and a half years. Tyler covered many memorable stories, including a Kwik Trip superfan visiting all Wisconsin stores in one year, the unprecedented damage a December windstorm caused to La Crosse's large holiday lights display, and the unthinkable journey of a local man living through the War in Ukraine. Tyler helped the team win several Wisconsin Broadcasters Association Awards.
Tyler graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in May 2019. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast/print/web journalism and Magna Cum Laude honors. Tyler wrote for the university's newspaper and called many of its football and basketball games for the campus TV station, UWW TV. He and his colleagues won a "Best of the Midwest" award for their work.
When he's not in the newsroom or reporting on stories in our community, Tyler enjoys watching sports, playing video games, and going for walks. His favorite show is Stranger Things on Netflix. And as for sports, his favorite team is the Milwaukee Bucks (sorry Packerland!), although the Packers are one of his favorite teams. He also roots for the Brewers and Badgers.
Tyler is going to be covering specifically the city of Green Bay at NBC 26, so if you have any story ideas on what's going on in the city, feel free to contact him. His email is Tyler.Job@NBC26.com. Also, don't hesitate to give him a follow on Twitter @TylerJobNBC26. Send him a direct message if you'd like!
