Karla Huston was recently named the Wisconsin Poet Laureate for 2017–2018.
Huston lives in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Her poems range from Greek myth to art to Hollywood movie stars. She also focuses on topics related to aging and women.
She’s the author of eight chapbooks of poems.
