Two drivers were transported for non-life threatening injuries after a two-vehicle crash in Waupaca County Thursday.
At 5:18 a.m. Thursday, Waupaca County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to a two vehicle crash on Highway 45 at Silver Creek Road in the town of Bear Creek.
A vehicle traveling northbound on Highway 45 failed to negotiate a curve and lost control. The vehicle entered the southbound lane and collided with another vehicle, causing extensive damage to both vehicles.
The driver of the northbound vehicle was ejected, while the driver of the southbound vehicle was extracted using the Jaws of Life. Both drivers were transported via ambulance to ThedaCare in New London for non-life threatening injuries.
Agencies assisting on scene include the sheriff's department, Clintonville Police and Ambulance, Bear Creek First Responders and Fire.
