There are police officers everywhere downtown Dallas, blocking off street as they investigate Thursday night's police ambush.
We've spoken with a few people here and everyone tells us they're shocked at what happened here yesterday.
Most people are having trouble finding the words to describe this violence but some calling it crazy. "When I did hear about it, it was just shocking to see all the police running around and talking about people have been shot," Dallas resident Gloria Mandosia explained. "It's just getting more and more excited and serious."
Across the street from dallas city hall at the dallas police memorial...Community members laid down flowers and other signs of support for officers. Tonight at ten we will be live outside police headquarters with a look at the makeshift memorial they set up there today.
