Officers are investigating a two-vehicle crash in Green Bay.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of N Webster and Main Streets.
A 54-year-old Green Bay man had to be extricated from his vehicle and taken to the hospital for what was initially believed to be life-threatening injuries.
Officers say his condition improved and he was later arrested for his 4th OWI Offense.
The driver in the other vehicle was a 15-year-old from Green Bay. The teen was also arrested for OWI Causing Injury.
The Green Bay Police Department and Brown County Sheriff's Department reconstructed the scene.
The intersection is expected to reopen around 8 a.m.
Drivers should seek alternate routes.
