A Silver Alert has been issued for John Talaske of Juneau County.
Talaske is described as a 72-year-old white male, 5'7" and weighing approximately 180 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Talaske was last seen at 2:45 p.m. on December 12 on Western Avenue on Elroy, Wisconsin.
He was wearing a red flannel jacket, white and beige shirt, blue jeans and a beige ball cap. Talaske also has hearing aids.
It is believed Talaske may be headed towards Kendall, WI (Monroe County).
Authorities say Talaske is driving a white 2000 Dodge Durango with the Wisconsin license plate 468-MVM.
