Police have captured the second escapee who walked away from the Winnebago Correctional Center and has been on the run for over a month.
Oshkosh police say 21-year-old Leland Larock was taken into custody just after 8:00pm Monday. The Shawano County Sheriff's Department says Larock was arrested at a residence on the corner of S. Waukechon Street and County Road B in the town of Waukechon.
Larock and another inmate, Austin Reynolds escaped from the prison near Oshkosh on October 9th. Reynolds was captured a few days later.
Larock has been booked into the Winnebago County Jail.
