The Oshkosh Police Department confirms that they have located 12-year-old runaway Valerie E. Tollard and she is safe.

The Oshkosh Police Department is investigating a runaway incident. Valerie E. Tollard, a 12 year-old from Oshkosh, has been a runaway since October 30. She is believed to be in the Oshkosh area.
Valerie is 5’03”, 110 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a green and gray long-sleeved shirt, blue long sleeve with pink label, purple long-sleeve hooded sweatshirt, black leggings and multi-purple colored Adidas shoes.
