A slowdown in home sales is bucking the trend of a near-record year in Wisconsin's housing market.
According to the Wisconsin Realtor's Association, October sales slumped 1.7% from October 2015. Sales are still higher year-to-date when compared with 2015, increasing 5.3%
Experts say a surging economy is fueling the upward trend.
