Inmate Anthony Stephenson has escaped custody while the Division of Community Corrections transported him, according to the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
Stephenson escaped a DOC vehicle near the intersection of Atkinson Ave. and I-43 on the north side of Milwaukee.
