The man suspected of killing two people, including a relative, has been arrested and charged.
According to the criminal complaint, Sergio Moises Ochoa, 41 of Oostburg, shot and killed two men inside a home along North 10th Street in Oostburg back on July 30th. Deputies say the shooting happened following a drunken argument over money.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office has identified the victims as Luis Garcia, 42 of Oostburg, and Fernando Lara Lopez, 43 of Milwaukee. They believe Garcia was a relative of Ochoa.
If Ochoa is found guilty, he could face life in prison.
