A Wisconsin State Patrol trooper made a couple of dog owners very happy Saturday when he rescued their pup from a rollover crash.
The state patrol says the puppy was ejected from a vehicle during a rollover crash on I-90/94 near Portage, Wis.
The crash happened after the vehicle was hit by a reckless driver.
