With thousands of people still without power, the American Red Cross has set up reception centers to help those who need a place to recharge.

Red Cross said it has centers open Sunday, in Outagamie and Waupaca Counties. The sites are:

  • 1222 Fulton St., Waupaca
  • 3030 E. Goodman Dr., Appleton

The Red Cross says people can find water, snacks and a place to recharge medical devices and phones. The organization also has other shelters open in the surrounding counties.

A full list can be found in the Facebook post below:

Grand Chute Police are also providing shelter. The Grand Chute Town Hall will be providing an emergency cell phone charging station that is open to the public Sunday from noon until midnight. Water and light snacks will be provided. The Grand Chute Town Hall is located at 1900 W. Grand Chute Boulevard.
