OSHKOSH, Wis. — Oshkosh Police have announced the arrest of two people in what they call a human trafficking/prostitution related case.

During an investigation, Oshkosh Police say an undercover investigator made arrangements with a woman to exchange cash for sexual contact. Police say this person met with the investigator and was taken into custody for one count of prostitution.

Police say they also arrested a man who drove the woman to where she met with investigators. He was taken into custody on charges of solicitation, pandering, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule IV drug and possession of marijuana.

Police are working to figure out if any force or coercion was involved.
