NEENAH — Summer school for elementary students in Neenah has been canceled due to the heat.
Neenah Joint School District Elementary summer school classes will be canceled on Thursday, July 18 due to forecasted excessive heat and humidity.
Summer school will still be held for middle school and high school students on Thursday. Free summer lunches will be offered only at the Neenah Public Library on Thursday from 11:30-12:30 for children 18 and under. Lunch will not be served on Thursday at any of the elementary school sites.
The school district says classes will be held at all levels on Wednesday, July 17.
