UPDATE: Power has been restored to the affected schools, the school district says.

GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- The Green Bay Area School District announced Thursday afternoon that multiple schools are without power.
The school district said Jackson, MacArthur and Kennedy Elementary Schools and Southwest High School don't have power. An outage map on Wisconsin Public Service's website shows a power outage reported in the area where the schools are located.
WPS has stated that they anticipate power to be restored by 2 p.m., the school district said.
Anyone with questions about missed class time due to the power outage is asked to contact the classroom teacher.
