MANITOWOC -- Police are sharing video and photos of a suspect accused of robbing Popp’s Harbor Town Citgo in Manitowoc on Saturday.
Police say the suspect, described as a male African American wearing a green t-shirt, black sweat pants and white tennis style shoes, displayed a weapon during the robbery and got away with some cash. The suspect was seen arriving and leaving in a newer model silver Kia 4dr SUV.
