The Green Bay Police Department is currently investigating the homicide of a 28 year old man that happened April 1 on the west side of Green Bay.

Police say investigators are currently looking to talk with Waylon T. Wayman who police say is a person of interest in this homicide investigation.

While police don't believe the general public is in danger, police say Wayman is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

Wayman has many connections in the Green Bay and Fox Valley area and is originally from the Lac de Flambeau area. He is 6’4” and 245 lbs. He has long black hair with a distinctive bear claw tattoo on the right side of his neck.

Police said in a news release Friday that Wayman and the homicide victim were acquaintances.
