ASHWAUBENON (NBC 26) -- A man is facing homicide charges after what Ashwaubenon police call a domestic violence incident.
Ashwaubenon Public Safety said Tuesday it has referred charges of first degree reckless homicide, felony murder, and aggravated battery on Dennis Sutrick.
Authorities said the domestic violence incident happened August 28. Police said a victim from Oshkosh died from injuries related to the incident.
No other details regarding the incident were released. Ashwaubenon Public Safety said the public is not in any danger at this point in the investigation.
