ONEIDA, Wis. — Criminal charges have been filed against a Green Bay man accused in a drunken driving crash that injured three children.
Gustavus Nmi Dalton Jr. faces two counts of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle and OWI, his fourth, with a passenger younger than 16 years old.
The crash happened in Oneida on Monday night. Authorities say Gustavus was driving a suburban on Highway EE when he ran a stop sign and hit a truck.
Police day Dalton’s four and six-year-old daughters were injured severely. Another three-year-old girl also had minor injuries. NBC26 has been told that Dalton is her guardian.
